Ceremonial Grade Cacao Chocolate Brownies

Indulge In Rich Flavours

Indulge in the rich, soulful flavors of ceremonial grade cacao with these deliciously moist and gooey chocolate brownies. Perfect for a decadent treat that not only tastes heavenly but also imbues a touch of the ceremonial into every bite.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup (about 100g) of Coco Rush Ceremonial Grade Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • Optional: nuts, such as walnuts or pecans, for added texture


Instructions:


  • Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with butter and line it with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.


  • Melt Butter and Cacao Powder: In a medium saucepan, gently melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from the heat and whisk in the Coco Rush Ceremonial Grade Cacao Powder until smooth.


  • Mix Wet Ingredients: Transfer the butter and cacao mixture to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition until the mixture is smooth and glossy.


  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add these dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.


  • Add Milk and Chocolate: Mix in the milk until the batter is smooth and uniform. Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate, and if using, nuts.


  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Be careful not to overbake to ensure your brownies remain moist and gooey.


  • Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy the deep, rich flavors of ceremonial grade cacao in every bite!
